The start of Experian’s wellness month kicked off with an online seminar on “Breathing, Eating, Movement for a More Balanced Life.” The seminar was led by yoga teacher and martial arts practitioner Daniel Lipchev. Drawing on his personal experience and practice, the yoga teacher has managed to balance his daily life and, through self-improvement, he has reached important conclusions that he shares in his lectures covering health, food, and movement.
During the seminar, over 115 Experian employees learned about the interconnection between eating, breathing, and emotions. According to the lecturer, food builds the body, which through the senses generates feelings, and these feelings define how the brain will function and the directions in which the body’s energy will be distributed. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to build habits for proper breathing, as the interconnections Mind-Heart-Body are the main factors for balancing the personality.
The holistic instructor introduced the seminar participants to the parts of the brain and how they function. He discussed the building blocks of habits, the most appropriate approach to compiling a list of tasks for developing new habits, its execution, and how the achievements lead to a positive outcome.
In conclusion, Experian employees had the opportunity to ask questions about the feelings that reflect on thoughts and everything related to a holistic lifestyle.
After this fruitful meeting, January will see a cardio workout and a sports event at the company, where the special guest will be the champion in sport shooting, Maria Grozdeva.
